Why replacement windows pay off this winter

Every window we fit has a U-value of 1.2 as standard. Building Regulations only require 1.4, so our windows let less heat escape than the legal minimum allows. Upgrade to triple glazing and the U-value drops to 0.8. The warmth you pay for stays in your rooms for longer.

New double glazing also cuts outside noise, ends condensation from failed sealed units and smartens the front of your home. With your first window at half price, the order you were planning for spring costs noticeably less if you book now.

Guide prices start from £750 for a white uPVC casement, supplied and fitted. Coloured finishes add 12% and golden oak adds 16%.

How to claim your half-price window

1. Book your free survey. We measure up and talk through styles, colours and finishes.

2. Receive your written quotation with the half-price window already taken off.

3. Confirm your order and pay your deposit by 30 November 2026.

4. We order your windows and confirm your installation date.

5. Our local team fits your windows, removes all waste and hands over your aftercare guide.

So what happens if you wait?

What if you leave it until spring?

Old windows keep leaking heat through the coldest months, and every week of winter is heating you have paid for escaping through the glass. Window prices also tend to rise in the new year as demand picks up. Book after 30 November and the half-price window is gone.

When to book your window installation

We are already booking installations into January and February, and only a few spaces remain in mid to late November. To claim the offer, your order must be confirmed by 30 November 2026.

Offer terms

1. Offer applies to orders of 7 or more windows, supplied and fitted by Eco Windows & Doors Essex, in a single order at one address.

2. One window per order is discounted by 50%. Where windows in the order differ in price, the discount applies to the lowest-priced window.

3. Orders must be confirmed, with deposit paid, between 26 October and 30 November 2026.

4. Guide prices shown in the planner are for standard sizes. Coloured finishes add 12% and golden oak adds 16% to the white price. Final prices are confirmed in writing after a free survey.
