Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We only share it with organisations that help us run our business or that we are required to inform, and only as much as they need:
Software providers: Wix (our website, forms and blog), HubSpot (our customer records), Jotform (online forms), Google (email, document storage and adverts), Meta (Facebook and Instagram adverts and lead forms) and Intuit QuickBooks (invoicing and bookkeeping).
Our manufacturers and suppliers: to make and deliver your windows and doors to your address.
FENSA and our guarantee provider: to register your installation and issue your certificate and insurance-backed guarantee. FENSA notifies your local council that the work meets Building Regulations.
Our accountants: for bookkeeping and tax.

Some of these providers store data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, they protect it with safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and quotes that don't go ahead: up to 2 years from our last contact, then deleted.
Customer job records: for 10 years after your installation, the length of your guarantee. This also covers the 6 years we must keep tax records.
Marketing emails: until you unsubscribe or ask us to stop.

Our website uses cookies. Some are essential for the site to work. Others help us understand how visitors use the site and measure our adverts, such as the Meta Pixel and Google tags, and are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice or clear cookies in your browser at any time.
